Scanning
There are four ScannX touch screen scanners in the Law Library. Our two overhead scanners, as well as a flatbed scanner, are located on the main level of the Law Library opposite the WEPA print kiosk. One additional flatbed scanner is in the lower level of the library (go left at the bottom of the stairs). There is no charge to use the scanners. The scanners provide options to save to a flash drive and/or email to your personal account.
Scanning to a USB is available at the copier at no cost. Material on a USB can be accessed and printed using the CatPrints (WEPA) kiosk. See detailed printing information below.
Printing (Public Computers)
Visitors can print from any of the public computers kiosks on the main level of the Law Library. Print jobs can be collected from the CatPrints (WEPA) kiosk located next to the kiosks on the main level. Printing requires using a credit/debit card. There is no cash option.
Single-sided printing costs $0.15 (fifteen cents) per page, double-sided printing costs $0.30 (thirty cents) per page (front and back).
Printing (Law Students)
Students can print from the student computers on the main level of the Law Library or from their own computer. Print jobs can be collected using a student CatCard card from the CatPrints (WEPA) kiosk near the Circulation desk on the main level.
Single-sided printing costs $0.15 (fifteen cents) per page, double-sided printing costs $0.30 (thirty cents) per page (front and back).
New funds may be added to a CatCard using a debit or credit card at CatCa$h, or by using one of the cash machines at the Student Union.
Wireless Printing (Law Students)
Students may also send wireless print jobs from laptop computers using the campus CatPrints (WEPA) service. Normal printing charges apply.
